NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 20 of the

Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974), the Lieutenant-Governor,

Puducherry is pleased to appoint the officers mentioned under column(2) of the

Table in the Annexure as Executive Magistrate to their respective jurisdiction

mentioned in column (4) and empowers him to exercise all the powers of

an Executive Magistrate under the said Code.
