this industrial dispute has to be allowed and accordingly
I answer Point No. 3.
18. In the result, the industrial dispute is allowed and
the respondent/management is hereby directed to
correct the date of birth of the workman K. Gunasekaran
(Token No. P,C./2/2921) as 14-5-1958 in all the registers
maintained by the respondent.
