aged about 50 years and residing at No. 213, Lawspet
Main Road, Pakkamudayanpet, Puducherry-605 008,
do hereby solemnly and sincerely affirm on oath as

That I am the deponent herein and well aware of
the facts of this deposition. That my correct name
