NOTIFICATION

The Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry is pleased approve the

proposal for enhancement of permissible quantities of High Speed Diesel

under the Scheme “Spot exemption on levy of Sales Tax to the fishermen”

and for the said purpose, hereby notifies the eligible maximum quantities

of diesel permitted per day/per trip/per annum for fishing crafts as

detailed below:-

2. All other conditions stipulated in Notification No. 4-3/2009-10/

Mech(BR), dated 14-10-2013 of the Chief Secretariat (Fisheries),

3. This issues with the concurrence of the Finance Department

vide their U.O. No. 1379/2016-17/F4, dated 10-6-2016.

4. This order shall take effect from the date of Notification of this

order.
