(i) In Schedule-IV appended to the said Notification under Kottucherry Commune Panchayat :
Licence No. 6 : MANDAPATHUR—This shop should be set up in the land bearing R.S. No. 226/4 and
9 of Thiruvettakudy Revenue Village. Boundaries : North 226/2, 3, 225/5, South : R.S. No. 226/5, 240/4,
East : 226/9, 227/1, 2A, 3A, 3B, 339/2, 3, West : 226/2, 4 to 8.

Licence No. 3 : ANNAVASAL—This shop should be set up in the land bearing R.S. No. 22/2 of
Nedungadu Revenue Village. East : R.S. No. 22/3, West of R.S. No : 22/1, South of R.S. No. 16.
Kumbakonam Road and North of R.S. No. 19, Nattar Vaickal.
(iii) In Schedule-IV appended to the said Notification under Neravy Commune Panchayat :
Licence No. 1 : MANAMUTTI—This shop should be set up in the land bearing R.S. No. 54. The
land belongs to Government Poromboke of Vizhidiyur Revenue Village, 10 metres on the southern side of
the Ganagayan Channel Bank and 45 metres from the western side of the Manampet road end.
Licence No. 3 : KAKAMOZHI—This shop should be set up in the land bearing R.S. No. 38/1 of
Keezhamanai Revenue Village and 3 metres away from the Thoothuponamoolai road and 2 metres away
from the channel.
(iv) In Schedule-IV appended to the said Notification under Thirunallar Commune Panchayat :
Licence No. 4 : THIRUNALLAR—This shop should be set up in the land bearing R.S. No. 67/7
of Thirunallar Revenue Village, North and West of R.S. No. 67/1 Vaikal, East of R.S. No. 69/8, South of
67/6 and 69/7. Necessary Pathway has to be provided over the Kannivaikkal by the lessee.
2. All other conditions of the Notification remain unaltered.

CORRIGENDUM
The location of the Arrack shop bearing Licence No. 1 : Karayambathur, II-Bahour Commune Panchayat
mentioned in Schedule-III, appended to the Notification No. 2061/DCE/T(P)/AUC/2016-17, dated 22-6-2016
of Department of Revenue and Disaster Management which was published in Extraordinary Gazette No. 97,
dated 22-6-2016 is modified and read as given below :

south of R.S. No. 86 and to the north of R.S. No. 79.

Licence No. 1 : KARAYAMBUTHUR—This shop
should be set up in the land bearing R.S. No.87/2 of
Karayambuthur Revenue Village, belonging to E. Parthiban
to the West of Balamurugan land, to the East of
Sankar land, to the South of Ramalingam land and to
the North of Purushothaman land.
2. The Toddy shop bearing Licence No. 4 : Vadamattam, III-Nedungadu Commune Panchayat mentioned
in Schedule-IV appended to the Notification No. 2061/DCE/T(P)/AUC/2016-17, dated 22-6-2016, Department of
Revenue and Disaster Management which was published in Extraordinary Gazette No. 97, dated 22-6-2016 shall
be deleted :
For
Licence No. 4 : VADAMATTAM —This shop
should be set up in the land of R.S. No. 189/1 & 189/2
of Puthakudi Revenue Village. This land belonging to
Tmt. Annathammal.
