3. The tenders in sealed covers superscribed as
“Tender for purchase of old newspapers” should be
addressed to the Labour Officer, Office of the Labour
Officer, Perunthalaivar Kamarajar Administrative
Complex, Madagadi, Karaikal - 609 602 and sent to this
office, so as to reach before 3.00 p.m. on 25-8-2016.
The tenders will be opened on the same day at 4.00 p.m.
in the presence of the tenderers who are present at that
time. In case, the day for tender opening being declared
as public holiday for any reason, tenders will be received
and opened at the same time on the next working day.
4. The intending tenderers should deposit an amount
of ` 100 (Rupees one hundred only) in cash as earnest
money deposit along with the tenders. The earnest
money deposit of the unsuccessful tenderers will be
refunded immediately after the finalisation of the tender.
5. Tenders received after the due date and time will
be rejected.
6. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or
reject any tender without assigning any reasons thereof.
Contravention of the rules of the tender notice will
result in the forfeiture of the earnest money deposit.
7. The successful tenderer shall arrange to weigh the
old newspapers, pay the cost thereof, along with
applicable Sales tax and clear the items within 24 hours
from the time of the tender sale is over at his own risk
and cost, failing which his earnest money deposit will
be forfeited.
8. No claim on the quality, quantity and value of the
said goods will be entertained, once the tender is finalised.
9. The materials can be inspected during office hours
on any working day in the office.
10. In case of any dispute, the decision of the
undersigned will be thefinal.

In my Elector’s Photo Identity Card, my name is
mentioned as ‘Geetha’.
In my Aadhaar Card, my name is mentioned as
‘Geetha’.
After my marriage with my husband R. Anandhan,
I was named and called as ‘Geetha Anandan’ by my
parents, relatives and friends.
After my marriage, I was named and called by two
names as ‘Geetha @ Geetha Anandan’ by my parents,
relatives and friends.
So, now, I have changed my name from this day
onwards as ‘Geetha Anandan’ and abandoning and
reliquishing my former name ‘Kida @ Geetha’ once
for all.
I would henceforth be known and called by
my new name ‘Geetha Anandan’
Solemnly affirmed and signed before the Notary Public
