This industrial dispute coming on this day, before us

in the presence of the petitioner and his/her

representative Thiru N. Ramar and the respondent

management and its Counsel M/s. Law Solvers, both the

petitioner and the respondent management having

agreed to settle the matter and thereby, the case being

settled and an Award is passed accordingly.

Taken cognizance under section 20 (2) of

the Legal Services Authorities Act (Act 39/87)

1. I.D.(L) No. 72/2012 on the file of Industrial

Tribunal-cum-Labour Court was filed by the petitioner

to direct the respondent management to provide the

employment to the petitioner with full backwages,

continuity of service and all other attendant benefits

and for costs.

2. We are satisfied that the settlement is arrived by

both out of their free will and volition.

3. This case is referred to the Lok Adalat organised

by the State Legal Services Authority under section 19

of the Legal Services Authorities Act (Act 39/87) and

after full and frank discussion of all issues, an Award is

passed as follows:

AWARD

1. It is ordered and decreed:

(i) That the I.D.(L) No. 72/2012 be and the same

is hereby closed.

(ii) Both the petitioner and the respondent

compromised the matter and mutually arrived at a

settlement before the National Lok Adalat in terms of

the settlement entered into between the parties, this

claim petition is dismissed.

2. That this Award of the Lok Adalat shall be deemed

to be a Decree of the Civil Court as per section 21 of the

Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987.

ORDER

Whereas, an order was made vide reference cited,

under sub-section (1) of section 126 of the Puducherry

Co-operative Societies Act, 1972, directing the

winding up of the affairs of the Pondicherry Distilleries

Employees Co-operative Housing Society Limited,

No. P. 632;

And whereas, the financing bank was consulted in

the matter of appointment of Liquidator, as required

under sub-section (1) of section 127 of the said Act;

And whereas, the said bank has no objection for the

appointment of Liquidator to the said Society;

Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred on

me under sub-section (1) of section 127 of the

Puducherry Co-operative Societies Act, 1972. I hereby

appoint Thiru R. Rangababu, Co-operative Officer,

as the Liquidator for the purpose of winding up of the

said Society. Thiru R. Rangababu, Liquidator shall take

into his custody all the property, effects and actionable

claims to which the said Society is or appears to be

entitled and complete the liquidator proceedings as

per law.

Sponsored Schemes, Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima

Yojana (PMSBY), Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima

Yojana (PMJJBY), Atal Pension Yojana (APY) and

Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana (PMMY).

2. Accordingly, approval of the Competent Authority

is accorded for constitution of State Level Financial
