In conformity with rule 8 of the Puducherry Municipalities (Grant of Licences and Permissions)

Rules, 1976, promulgated in this Union Territory by the Puducherry Municipalities Act, 1973, objections if any for enchancement

of power to the above industry are invited from the public by the Commissioner, Yanam Municipality within ten days from

the date of publication of this notice in the Official Gazette.

The objections so received within the specified period will be considered by the Yanam Municipality.

I, Thirunavukarasu Ilanjezhian, son of Ramatchandirane,

Hindu, aged 42 years, residing at No. 24, Thulukkanathaman

Koil Street, 2nd Cross Street, Thiruvalluvar Nagar,

Muthialpet, Puducherry-605 003, do hereby solemnly and

sincerely affirm as follows:

That I am the deponent herein and I know all the

facts of my deposition well.

That my name is ‘Ilanjezhian’ as per my Birth

Certificate vide Registration No. P/1974/76, dated 30-3-1974

issued by Puducherry Municipality.

That my name is ‘Thirunavukarasu Ilanjezhian’ as

per my PAN Card No. AEZPI7303B issued by Income

Tax Department.

That in my Voter’s Identity Card, my name is

mentioned as ‘Ilanchezhiyan’ vide Card No. PY/01/

006/003275 issued by Election Commission of India.

That in my Aadhaar Card, my name is mentioned

as ‘Thirunavaukarasu Ilanjezhian’ No. 8275 8919 4439

issued by Unique Identification Authority of India.

That in my Family Ration Card, my name has been

mentioned as ‘’ issued

by the Department of Civil Supplies and Consumer

Affairs, Puducherry.

That the above names viz., ‘Ilanjezhian’,

‘Thirunavukarasu Ilanjezhian’, ‘Thirunavaukarasu

Ilanjezhian’ ‘’ and

‘Ilanchezhiyan’ are refer to one and the same person

i.e., myself only.

Hereafter, I will be called and known only as

‘Thirunavukarasu’ @ ‘Ilanjezhian’.

That I, ‘Thirunavukarasu @ Ilanjezhian’ the

deponent herein, do hereby verified, what are all

stated above is true and correct to the best of my

knowledge, belief and information, and nothing

material facts have been suppressed by me in this

affidavit.
