Karaikal is reported to have been lost and beyond the

scope of recovery, it is proposed to issue a duplicate

certificate. If the original certificate is to be found by

Approval of the Lieutenant-Governor of Puducherry

Chennai and Pondicherry Port functioning under the

Government of Puducherry for development and

operation of the minor port at Puducherry.

2. This issues with the concurrence of the Finance

Department vide their U.O. No. 1343/F4/2016, dated

9-6-2016.

TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders offering the rate per kilogram are

invited by the undersigned for the sale of obsolete

unusable gunny bags belonging to this office as detailed

below.

2. The tenders in sealed cover superscribed as

“Tender for the purchase of Obsolete unusable gunny

bags” should be addressed and sent to the office of the

undersigned so as to reach this office on or before

23-9-2016 at 11.15 a.m. The tender will be opened on

the same day at 11.45 a.m. in the presence of the

attending tenderers or their representatives who are at

present.

3. The intending tenderers should deposit an earnest

money deposit of ` 1,000 (Rupees one thousand only)

in cash along with the tenders. The earnest money

deposit of unsuccessful tenderers will be refunded after

the tender is finalised.

4. Intending tenderers may inspect the obsolete

unusable gunny bags in person on the same day before

10.45 a.m. in this office.

5. The successful tenderer should pay the total cost

of all the items with eligible VAT and remove the items

at his own risk/within 24 hours after acceptance of the

tender, failing which the earnest money deposited by

him will be forfeited and remitted into Government

account.

6. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or

reject any tender without assigning any reason.

7. If the opening day of the tender happens to be a

public holiday, the same will be opened on the next

working day.

RETENDER NOTICE

1. Sealed tenders are invited offering the rate for

purchase of unserviceable furniture items mentioned in

the annexure belongs to V.N. Purushothaman Government

Higher Secondary School, Palloor.

2. The tenders in a sealed cover superscribing as

“Tender for the purchase of unserviceable items” should

be addressed to the Vice-Principal, V.N. Purushothaman

Government Higher Secondary School, Palloor, so as

to reach this Office on or before 26-9-2016 at 10.00

a.m. The tenders will be opened at 11.30 a.m on the

same day in the presence of tenderers, if any. The tender

will be awarded to the highest tenderer on the spot.

3. Those who are interested to participate in the

tender must deposit an earnest money deposit of ` 500

(Rupees five hundred only). The earnest money deposit

of the unsuccessful tenderers will be returned after

finalizing the tender and that of successful tenderer will

be kept towards the cost of items.

4. The tender will be conducted for all items in a

lot. Tenderers, those interested may inspect the items

before they submit the tender to know exact condition

of items kept, on any working day.

5. The undersigned reserves the right to cancel the

tenders without assigning any reasons thereof. Any

breach of the rules of tender notice will result in the

forfeiture of the earnest money deposit.

6. The successful tenderer should pay full amount

of tender immediately after completion of tender

finalization and should remove the condemned items

within two days (on working days only) at his own risk

and expenses. Sales tax applicable will be collected as

admisible.

Sealed tenders are invited offering the highest rates

per kilogram of unused Fire woods available in the

various Government Schools in Karaikal region under

the control of Chief Educational Officer, Karaikal for

sale by the undersigned in as-is-where-is condition

through public auction.

Terms and conditions

1. Tenders superscribing on the envelope as “Tender

for the puchase of unused Fire woods” should reach the

Chief Educational Officer, Karaikal on or before

21-9-2016 at 3.00 p.m. The tenders will be opened on

the same day at 3.30 p.m. in the presence of the

tenderers, if any.

time will not be accepted.

5. The successful tenderer should pay the full

amount immediately and remove the articles at his/her

own risk and cost, failing which the earnest money

deposit will be forfeited.

6. The Chief Educational Officer, Karaikal reserves

the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without

assigning any reason thereof.

7. The Sales tax at the admissible rate will be

collected extra on the sale proceeds.

8. The intending tenderers can inspect the firewoods

during the office hours on any working days in the

respective Government Schools of Karaikal with the

permission of the Headmasters, concerned.

9. No claim about the quantity and quality of the

articles will be entertained once the tender is finalized.

10. In case of any dispute, the decision of the

undersigned will be the final and binding in all

concerned.
