Commune Panchayat within ten days from the date of publication of this notice in the Official Gazette.

The objections, so received within the specified period will be considered by this Commune Panchayat.

1995/02/015/000315/0, dated 18-5-1995, Aadhaar

Card, Elector’s Photo Identity Card, Indian Bank

Passbook and in my Driving Licence.

I state that I am also known by my home-calling

name is mentioned as ‘Arun ()’ and the same

name is evidenced in my Family Ration Card.

Further, I state that both the names ‘Dinesh’ and

‘Arun’ are denote one and the same person i.e.,

referring myself only.

Hereinafter, I will be known as ‘Dinesh’ only.
