4. Tenders received after the stipulated date and

time will not be accepted.

5. The successful tenderer should pay the full

amount immediately and remove the articles at his/her

own risk and cost, failing which the earnest money

deposit will be forfeited.

6. The Chief Educational Officer, Karaikal reserves

the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without

assigning any reason thereof.

7. The Sales tax at the admissible rate will be

collected extra on the sale proceeds.

8. The intending tenderers can inspect the

firewoods during the office hours on any working day

in the respective Government Schools of Karaikal with

the permission of the Headmasters’ concerned.

9. No claim about the quantity and quality of the

articles will be entertained once the tender is finalized.

10. In case of dispute if any, the decision of the

undersigned will be final and binding in all concerned.

I am the deponent herein. I state that my name is

‘Carpagavally’. I was born on 2-7-1970 to my

parents Govindou and Araye. The name ‘Carpagavally’

is mentioned in my Birth Certificate registered in

the Puducherry Municipality on 6-7-1970, vide

Registration No. P/1970/02799, in my Marriage

Certificate registered in the Puducherry Municipality

on 1-12-1989 Registration No. 343/1989, and in

my Aadhaar Card No. 3618 2888 7773. The name

‘Karpagavally’ is mentioned in my Department

Identity Card issued by Education Department,

Government of Puducherry and in my Passbook of

State Bank of India, A/C No.30299736658, and the

name ‘’ is mentioned in my Family

Ration Card No. 427158 are denote one and the

same person i.e., myself only. Hereafter, I will be

called as ‘Carpagavally’ as mentioned in my Birth

Certificate.
