NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 20, read with section 32 of the Code of Criminal

Procedure 1973 (Act No. 2 of 1974), the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, hereby appoints Shri A. Vikranth Raja, I.A.S.,

(Probationer) Assistant Collector (Training), Puducherry District as Executive Magistrate for the period from 9-1-2017

till the completion of training for the whole Union territory of Puducherry and empowers him to exercise all the

powers of an Executive Magistrate under the said Code.
