NOTIFICATION
Under section 25 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 (Central Act XXVI of 1881),
read with notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs
S.O. 358(E), dated 28th June 1973, the Government of Puducherry hereby
declares Tuesday, the 6th December 2016 as a public holiday as a mark of respect
to the late Selvi J. Jayalalithaa, Hon'ble Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu.
2. The above notified public holiday shall also apply to all Government
Undertakings/Corporations/Boards, etc,.
