reported to have been lost and beyond scope of

recovery, it is proposed to

issue a duplicate

certificate. If, the original certificate is to be found

by anybody, it should be sent to the Director of

as it is no longer valid.

Examination, 2014 to Grade-II of Pondicherry Civil

Service with effect from the forenoon of 11-10-2016,

subject to the conditions mentioned in the Letter of

Offer of Appointment No. A.19011/1/2016/DPAR/

SS-I(2), dated 15-4-2016 of this Department.

2. The Lieutenant-Governor is also pleased to

order that Thiru M. Adharsh will be a Probationer in

the Pondicherry Civil Service for a period of two years

from the forenoon of 11-10-2016.

3. Thiru M. Adharsh, Pondicherry Civil Service

Probationer shall take the Oath of Allegiance before

the Deputy Secretary to Government (Establishment),

Chief Secretariat, Puducherry and furnish surety bond

in the prescribed proforma within ten days from the

date of this notification.
