ORDER

In continuation of the G.O. Ms. No. 76, dated

31-10-2011, the tentative seniority list of Drivers (HMV)

Grade-II, who were appointed up to 5-8-2011 was

circulated to all concerned vide this Department’s

Memorandum

No. A.23015/2/2010/DP&AR/CC2,

dated 18-10-2016, calling for objections, if any, to the

seniority proposed to be assigned to them.

2. As no objections where received,

the final

seniority list of Drivers (HMV) Grade-II shall be as

indicated in the Annexure to this order.

ORDER

Whereas, an order was made, vide reference cited,

under sub-section (2) of section 126 of the

Puducherry

Co-operative

Societies

Act,

1972,

directing the winding up of the affairs of the Krishna

Nagar

Thanikuppam

Co-operative

Milk

Producers’ Society

Limited, No. P. 750;

And whereas, to complete the winding up process of

the said Society, a Liquidator is to be appointed under

section 127 of the Act;

And whereas, the said financing bank viz.,the

Pondicherry Co-operative Bank was consulted in the

matter of appointment of Liquidator, as required under

sub-section (1) of section 127 and the said bank has no

objection for the appointment of Liquidator to the said

Milk Society.

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred

on me under sub-section (1) of section 127 of the

Puducherry Co-operative Societies Act, 1972. I hereby

appoint Thiru R. Rangababu, Co-operative Officer,

as the liquidator, for the purpose of winding up of the

said Society.

Thiru R. Rangababu, Liquidator shall take into his

custody of all the properties, effects and actionable

claims to which the Society is or appears to be entitled

and complete the liquidation proceedings as per law.

2. The Committee will guide the “National Milk

Quality Survey” in consultation with “Food Safety and

Standards Authority of India” and also monitor the

issues relating to unsafe and adulterated milk in the

Union territory of Puducherry.

3. The Committee shall ensure the availability of

safe milk to the consumers and shall review the

performance and progress of the “National Milk

Quality Survey” at periodical intervals.
