Notice of attachment to Thiru O. Shinod

S/o. Anandan, M/s. Veeyes Chicken, Pandakkal in the

village of Pandakkal of Mahe Sub-Taluk.

Take notice that as you have not paid or shown

sufficient cause for the non-payment of ` 1,04,17,087

(Rupees one crore four lakhs seventeen thousand and

eighty-seven only) although, the said sum has been duly

demanded in writing from you, the landed property

belonging to you at R.S. No. 125/5 of Pandakkal

Revenue Village, measuring to an extent of

00H.01A.55CA is hereby placed under attachment and

that unless the arrear due by you with interest and

other charges be paid within fifteen days, the landed

property will be brought to sale in due course of law.

You will further take notice that from the date of this

attachment notice until the date of sale of your land

hereby attached, you are and will be held liable for all

dues thereon accruing, and the said dues will be

RETENDER-CUM-AUCTION NOTICE

Sealed

tenders

are

invited

the

Medical

Superintendent, ESI Hospital, Gorimedu, Puducherry for

the lease of usufructs at ESI Hospital campus,

Gorimedu, Puducherry. The details of usufructs and the

duration of lease period of the lease of usufructs are

given in the Annexure enclosed.

2. The rate for above usufructs should be quoted for

all trees in a lot.

3. The tenders in sealed cover superscribing as

“Tender for lease of usufructs” should be addressed to

the Medical Superintendent, ESI Hospital, Gorimedu,

Puducherry and sent to this office on or before

13-3-2017 (Monday) at 10.45 a.m. The tenders will be

opened on the same day at 11.00 a.m. in the presence of

the tenderers present at that time. If, the day for opening

the tender happens to be a public holiday for any reason,

the tenders will be received and opened by the same

time on the next working day.

4. Based on the highest quoting on the sealed tenders,

the open auction will be conducted at 11.15 a.m.

on 13-3-2017 (Monday).

5. The intending tenderers should deposit an amount

of ` 3,000 (Rupees three thousand only) in cash as

earnest money deposit with this office while submitting

the tenders.

6. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful

tenderer will be refunded immediately after the tenders/

auction sale in finalized.

7. Tenders received after the due date and time will be

rejected.

8. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or

reject any tender without assigning any reason thereof.

9. The successful tenderer should pay the full

amount of bid immediately and usufructs will be

maintained at his own risk and expenses.

10. Sales tax at the rate applicable will be

collected extra.

11. The usufructs trees can be inspected during

office hours on any working day of this office.

12. No claim about the quantity/quality of the items

will be entertained after opening the tenders.

13. In case of any dispute, the decision of the

undersigned will be the final.
