Rules, 1976, promulgated in this Union Territory by the Puducherry Village and Commune Panchayats

Act, 1973, objections, if any, to the setting up of the abovesaid industry are invited to reach the undersigned

within ten days from the date of publication of this notice in the Official Gazette.

The objections so received within the specified period will be considered by this Commune

Panchayat.

I, Sugumari, wife of

Chandrasekar, Hindu,

aged about 56 years old and residing at No. 33-G

Block, Viduthalai Nagar, Mudaliarpet, Puducherry, do

hereby solemnly affirm and sincerely state on oath as

follows:

That I am the deponent herein.

I state that I was born to my parents by name

Ambigapathi and Mangiar Thilagam on 20-9-1960 at

Government Hospital, Tindivanam and my birth was

duly registered. In my Birth Certificate, my name

is entered as ‘Sugumari’. The said name is found

in my Electoral Identity Card and in our Family

Ration Card as ‘’ respectively.

I state that I am also known and called with a nick

name ‘Suguna’ by my family members and relatives

and the said name is found in my Identity Card

issued by my employer Les Ateliers Au Fils D’

Indra, Puducherry.

I do hereby declare that the names ‘Sugumari’,

‘Suguna’ and ‘’ are refer to one and the same

person i.e., myself.

I am making this affirmation in lieu proof of

my name’s identity.

I do hereby declare that what are all stated above
