NOTIFICATION
The Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry is pleased to enhance the
quantum of Financial Assistance to Scheduled Castes for performance of
funeral rites and for the said purpose hereby makes the following
amendment to “The Puducherry Grant of Financial Assistance to
Scheduled Castes to perform Funeral Rites Rules, 1982” notified in
G.O. Ms. No. 125/82-HEW (HW), dated 10th November, 1982 of the
Health, Electricity and Works Department, Puducherry and published in
the Gazette of Puducherry, Extraordinary No. 49, dated 7-12-1982 of the
Government of Puducherry (hereinafter referred to as the said rules),
namely:-
