AUCTION NOTICE
1. The sale of the condemned/unserviceable
articles as detailed in the Annexure lying in the
premises of the Government General Hospital, Mahe
will be disposed off by public auction on 15-5-2017
at 10.30 a.m. in the Government General Hospital,
Mahe.
2. The auction will be conducted for all the items
in a lot.
3. Those who are intending to participate the
auction, should deposit an amount of ` l,000 (Rupees
one thousand only) in cash as earnest money deposit
with this office before participating the auction.
4. The earnest money deposit of unsuccessful
participants will be refunded immediately after the
auction is over.
5. The undersigned reserves the right to cancel the
auction without assigning any reason thereof.
6. The successful bidder should pay the full amount
of bid immediately and should remove the condemned
articles within 24 hours at his own risk and expenses.
7. Sales tax at the rate applicable will be collected
extra.
8. The materials can be inspected during office
hours on any working day of this office.
9. In case of any dispute, the decision of the
undersigned will be the final.

TENDER NOTICE
Sealed tenders offering the rate are invited for sale of
old/unserviceable articles mentioned in the Annexure
belonging to the office of the Deputy Director (IEC),
Department of Health and Family Welfare Services,
Near Assembly-Puducherry in as-is-where-is condition”
at Gorimedu CGP Complex. The details of materials are
furnished hereunder:
Terms and conditions
1. The sealed tenders should be addressed to the
Deputy Director (IEC) office of the Deputy Director
(IEC) Department of Health and Family Welfare
Services, Puducherry duly superscribed on the envelope
as “Tender for purchase of old/unserviceable articles”
and sent to reach the undersigned on or before at 11.00 a.m.
on 15-5-2017. The tenders will be opened at 11.30. a.m.
on the same day in the presence of tenderers, if any in
the office of the Deputy Director(IEC), Department of
Health and Family Welfare Services, Puducherry.
2. The tenders received after the due date and time
will summarily be rejected.
3. The intending tenderers should
deposit
an
amount of ` 1,000 (Rupees one thousand only) in cash
as earnest money deposit. The earnest money deposit of
the unsuccessful tenderers will be refunded after the
tender is over.
4. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or
reject any tender without assigning any reasons therefor.
5. The successful tenderer should pay the entire
amount along with the sales tax at the rate applicable
under the rules in force soon after the completion of
tender and remove the materials immediately at his own
risk and expenses. The office will not be in any way held
responsible for safe custody or for any loss or damage
to the sold materials.
6. No claim about the condition of the materials will
be admitted once the tender is over.
7. Intending tenderers can inspect the items during
office hours with the permission of the undersigned.
8. In the case of any dispute, the decision of the
undersigned is final.
