NOTIFICATION
The Government of Puducherry has notified the general revision of House
tax for the quinquennial period commencing from 1-4-2017 to 31-3-2022, the Annual
Rental Value of different classes of Buildings/Houses in the G.O. Ms. No. 34,
dated 9-3-2017 of the Local Administration Secretariat, Puducherry which was
already published in the Official Gazette vide No. 31, dated 14-3-2017.
2. Therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred upon by sub-rule (2)
of rule 3 of the Puducherry Village and Commune Panchayats ( Assessment of
Annual Rental value of Buildings/Houses) Rules, 2000, approval accorded by the
Government vide G.O. Ms. No. 02/LAS/2017, dated 18-4-2017 of the Local
Administration Secretariat, Puducherry to the lists of Main roads/Streets,
Secondary main roads/Streets and Other roads/streets in respect of Neravy
Commune Panchayat Jurisdiction of each Village Panchayat as detailed in the
Annexure VIII is hereby notified for information of public of Neravy Commune
Panchayat areas.
