ORDER
In pursuance of the Order, dated 3-3-2017 in the Writ Petition (Civil)
No. 1023/2016 titled ‘Rishabh Duggal and Another Vs. The Bar Council of India
and Another’ of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, the following modification
is issued to the G.O. Ms. No. 12, dated 11-5-2017 of the Chief Secretariat (Higher
and Technical Education), Puducherry.
2. The norms prescribed in the CENTAC Information Bulletin, under the
age criteria ‘Upper age-limit’ for the admission of candidates to B.A., LL.B., and
LL.B. degree courses offered in Dr. Ambedkar Government Law College, Puducherry
for the Academic year 2017-18 is modified as detailed below:
