5. The Project Director, Agricultural Technology
Management Agency (ATMA) will make use of the
existing infrastructure and staff under ATMA in
Districts and Blocks for discharging duties under PMKSY.
6. The DLIC will arrange to prepare the District
Irrigation Plan (DIP) for the District in accordance to
the operational guidelines of PMKSY and the ATMA
Management
Committee
will
assist
DLIC
in
coordinating and executing extension related activities
under PMKSY.
7. The “District Level Implementation Committee
(DLIC)” shall meet as and when required, but, shall
meet at least once in a quarter.

The Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry is pleased to
declare Special Local Holiday on 7-6-2017 (Wednesday)
and Restricted Holiday on 8-6-2017 (Thursday) for all
Government Offices and Institutions in Karaikal District
on account of Arulmigu Airangaliamman festival. This
will not be a Public Holiday under the Negotiable
Instruments Act.

TENDER NOTICE
In pursuance of the sanction accorded by the
Director of Higher Education vide No. 508/DHTE/SV/
2016-17 for the disposal of condemned library
books, sealed tenders offering rate per kilogram are
invited.
Terms and conditions
1. Tender superscribing the envelope as “Tender for
purchase of unserviceable library books” should reach
the Principal, Avvaiyar Government College for
Women, Karaikal on or before 26-6-2017 at 3.30. p.m.
The tenders will be opened on the same day at 3.45 p.m.
in the presence of the tenderers, if any.
2. The intending tenderers should deposit an
earnest money deposit of ` 200 (Rupees two hundred
only) while submitting the tender.
3. The earnest money deposit of unsuccessful
tenderers will be refunded after finalizing the tender.
4. Tenders received after the stipulated date and
time will not be accepted.
5. The successful tenderer should pay the amount in
full immediately and remove the articles at his/her own
cost.
6. The Principal, Avvaiyar Government College for
Women, Karaikal reserves the right to accept or reject
any or all tenders without assigning any reasons thereof.
7. Sales tax at the admissible rate will be collected
extra on the sale proceeds.
8. The intending tenderers can inspect the items
during working hours with the permission of the
Principal.
9. No claim about quality and quantity of the
articles will be entertained once the tender in finalized.
10. In case of disputes, if any, the decision of the
Principal will be final and binding in all concerned.

TENDER NOTICE
Sealed tenders offering the rate per kilogram
(including Sales tax) are invited for the purchase of
old newspapers and magazines (except the Gazette of
Puducherry) in Tamil and English belonging to the
library from 1-4-2016 to 31-3-2017. The rate should
be quoted for each item as follows:

The sealed tenders should be addressed to the
Principal, Arignar Anna Government Arts and Science
College, Karaikal duly superscribed on the envelope
as “Tender for purchase of old newspapers and magazines”
and to reach this office on or before 21-6-2017 at
11.00 a.m. Tenders will be opened at 11.00 a.m. on the
same day in the presence of the tenderers at the Office
of the Principal, Arignar Anna Government Arts and
Science College, Karaikal.
The intending tenderers should deposit an amount
of ` 500 (Rupees five hundred only) as earnest money
deposit. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful
tenderers will be refunded immediately after the tender is
over. Tenders received after the due date and time will be
rejected.
The undersigned reserves the right to accept or
reject any tender without assigning any reason thereof.
The old newspapers and magazines will be weighed
by the electronic weighing-machine available in the
College.
The successful tenderer should pay the full amount
immediately and clear the items within 24 hours at his
own cost and risk, failing which the earnest money
deposit will be forfeited. No claim on the quantity and
quality of the articles will be admitted, once the tender
is finalised.
Sales tax at the rate applicable will be charged.
The intending tenderers can inspect the articles on all
working days during the library hours. In case of any
dispute, the decision of the Principal, Arignar Anna
Government Arts and Science College, Karaikal will be
the final.

(2) Intermediate Pass Certificate-cum-Memorandum
of Marks (3) Short-term Vocational
Certificate
Courses Competency Certificate and all other
Educational Records and also in my PAN Card
No. EHJPK2386F.
I state that I Married Donga Edukondalu on
18-4-2008 at Yanam. After my Marriage with my
husband Donga Edukondalu, my surname is changed
as ‘Donga’ and accordingly, my name was also
changed as ‘Donga Rani’ and therefore, my name is
mentioned as ‘Donga Rani’ in my Aadhaar Card
No. 6353 0196 0557 and in my Family Ration Card
No. 464597. I state that my name is entered
as ‘Kada Rani’ in my Government Service Records.
Therefore, I am having three different names i.e.,
‘Kada Rani’, ‘Rani Kada’ and ‘Donga Rani’, all the
three names are refer to one and the same person
i.e., myself.
For the purpose of evidencing such determination
I declare that I shall at all times hereafter in all
records, deeds and writings and in all proceedings,
dealings and transactions private as well as public
and upon all occasions whatsoever use and sign the
name of ‘Kada Rani’ as my name. Expressly authorized
and request all persons at all times hereafter to
designate and address me by such assumed name of
‘Kada Rani’ accordingly.
