TENDER NOTICE
Sealed tenders offering the rate are invited for sale
of old/unserviceable articles mentioned in the
Annexure belonging to the Office of the Deputy
Director (IEC), Department of Health and Family Welfare
Services, Near Assembly, Puducherry in as-is-where-is
condition at Gorimedu CGP Complex. The details of
materials are furnished hereunder.
Conditions of Auctions
1. The sealed tenders should be addressed to the
Deputy Director (IEC), Office of the Deputy Director
(IEC), Department of Health and Family Welfare
Services, Puducherry duly superscribing on the envelope
as “Tender for the purchase of old/unserviceable
articles” and sent to reach the undersigned on or before
24-7-2017 at 11.00 a.m. The tenders will be opened
at 11.30 a.m. on the same day in the presence of tenderers,
any if, in the Office of the Deputy Director (IEC),
Department of Health and Family Welfare Services,
Puducherry.
2. The tenders received after the due date and time
will summarily be rejected.
3. The intending tenderers should deposit an amount
of
` 1,000 (Rupees one thousand only) in cash as
earnest money deposit. The earnest money deposit
of the unsuccessful tenderers will be refunded after the
tender sale is over.
4. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or
reject any tender without assigning any reasons therefor.
5. The successful tenderer should pay the entire
amount along with Sales tax at the rate applicable under
the rules in force soon after the completion of tender
and remove the materials immediately at his own risk
and expenses. The office will not be in any way held
responsible for safe custody or for any loss or damage
to the sold materials.
6. No claim about the condition of the materials will
be admitted once the tender sale is over.
7. Intending tenderers can inspect the items during
office hours with the permission of the undersigned.
8. In case of any dispute, the decision of the
undersigned will be the final.
