TENDER NOTICE
Sealed tenders are invited by the undersigned
offering the rate per kilogram for the sale of old
newspapers and answer scripts belonging to this School
in as-is-where-is condition as mentioned below:

tenders in sealed covers superscribing as
“Tender for the purchase of old newspapers and
answer scripts” should be addressed to the undersigned
and sent to this School so as reach before 10.30 a.m.
on 18-7-2017. The tenders will be opened on the same
day at 11.00. a.m. in the presence of the tenderers who
are present at that time. In case, the opening day for
tenders being declared as public holiday for any
reason, the tenders will be received and opened at the
same time on the next working day.
4. The intending tenderers should deposit an
amount of ` 500 (Rupees five hundred only) as earnest
money deposit. The earnest money deposit of the
unsuccessful tenderers will be refunded immediately
after finalization of the tender.
5. Tenders received after the stipulated date and
time will not be accepted under any circumstances.
6. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or
reject any tender without assigning any reason
thereof. Contravention of the rules of the tender
notice will result in the forfeiture of the earnest
money deposit.
7. The successful tenderer shall arrange to weigh
the old newspapers, pay the cost thereof along with the
applicable Sales tax and clear the items within
24 hours from the time of the tender sale is over at
his own risk and cost, failing which his earnest money
deposit will be forfeited.
8. No claim on the quality, quantity and value of said
goods will be entertained once the tender is finalized.
9. The materials can be inspected during office
hours on any working day of this School.
10. In case of any dispute, the decision of the
undersigned will be the final.

NOTICE INVITING e-TENDERS FOR SUPPLY OF PAPER AND BOARD ITEMS
FOR THE YEAR 2017-18
“e-Tenders” are invited on behalf of the President of India by the Director, Directorate of Stationery and
Printing, Puducherry for centralized purchase of paper and board items for the year 2017-18 for use in the
Directorate of Stationery and Printing, Puducherry.
1. The tenderers for supply of paper and board items shall hold valid Sales Tax Registration Certificate
with the Government.
2. Bidders should submit their tender online at the Government website http://pudutenders.gov.in with
proof of payment of tender fee for ` 177 by Demand Draft drawn in favour of Senior Accounts Officer, Directorate
of Stationery and Printing, Puducherry from any Nationalized Bank and payable at Puducherry. This amount is not
refundable.
3. The tender details and terms and conditions may also be downloaded from the website http://
www.py.gov.in and http://styandptg.puducherry.gov.in for reference only. Tenders will be processed online only
and hence, hardcopy submission of tenders will not be accepted.
4. The technical tender and other documents will be evaluated only on receipt of tender fee and earnest
money deposit in the form of Demand Draft. Separate Demand Draft for tender fee and earnest money deposit in cover
