Thiru Mancham Prasad Rao, Superintendent of Police

(Home Guards), Police Department, Puducherry, is

admitted into retirement on superannuation with

effect from the afternoon of 30-9-2017.

TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders offering the rate per kilogram are

invited by the undersigned, item-wise for the sale of

old newspapers, empty bottles (plastic and glass) of

this office as given below.

(2) Tenders superscribed as “Tender for purchase

of old newspapers , empty bottles (plastic and glass)”,

should be addressed to the office of the Deputy

Director (Immunization), Nehru Nagar , Karaikal-609 605

on or before 5-10-2017 at 4.00 p.m. The tenders

received will be opened on the same day at 4.30 p.m.

in the presence of the tenderers or their representatives

who may be present.

(3) The intending tenderers should deposit a sum

of ` 500 (Rupees five hundred only) in cash as earnest

money deposit. The deposit of the unsuccessful tenderers

will be refunded after finalization of the tender.

(4) The items can be inspected during office hours

on any working day after 28-9-2017.

(5) Sales Tax/VAT/GST at the rate applicable will be

charged.

(6) The successful tenderer should remove the

items within 24 hours of receipt of notice of

acceptance of his tender by remitting the total cost

and Sales tax/VAT/GST thereon at the prevailing rate.

The successful tenderer should make his own

arrangement to weigh the goods .

(7) The undersigned reserves the right to accept or

reject all tenders without assigning any reason there for.
