Sealed tenders are invited for the sale of old
condemned furniture items of the Government High
School/Government Primary Schools, under the control
of Chief Educational Officer, Puducherry in as-is-
where-is condition on 10-10-2017.

2. The tenders in plain paper should be sealed and
addressed
to
the
Chief
Educational
Officer,
Directorate of School Education, Puducherry duly
superscribing on the envelope as “Tender for the
purchase of old condemned furniture items” and sent
to reach the undersigned on or before 10-10-2017 at
4.00 p.m. The tenders will be opened on the same day
at 4.15 p.m. in the presence of the tenderers those who
are present. The rates for each School should be
quoted separately in one cover.
3. The intending tenderers should deposit an amount
of ` 10,000 (Rupees ten thousand only) as earnest
money deposit. The earnest money deposit of the
unsuccessful tenderers will be returned immediately
after the tender sale is over.
4. Tenders received after the due date and time will
summarily be rejected.
5. The successful tenderer should pay the entire
amount and clear the items within 24 hours at their
own risk and cost, failing which the earnest money
deposit will be forfeited.
6. The intending tenderers may inspect the old
condemned furniture and other items during office
hours on any working day with prior permission of the
Headmasters of the concern Schools listed above,
without any disturbance to the students. The quantities
and the qualities are as-is-where-is condition.
7. No claim on the quality and quantity of the
articles will be admitted once the tender is finalized.
8. GST at the rate applicable will be charged.
9. In case of any dispute, the decision of
undersigned will be the final.
10. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or
reject any or all the tenders without assigning any
reason thereof.

AFFIDAVIT
I, Ejoumale, son of Sinnathambi, Hindu, aged about
59 years, residing at No. 35, New Street, Sanarapet,
Muthirayarpalayam, Puducherry-605 009, do hereby
solemnly affirm and state as follows:
I am the deponent herein.
I state and declare that I was born on 11-11-1957
at Puducherry and my birth was duly registered
before the Competent Authority of Puducherry and
at the time of birth, I had been named as ‘Ejoumale’
and the name is entered in my Birth Certificate.
Whereas, in my Service Record, my name is spelled
as ‘Elumalai’ and in my Aadhaar Card, my name is
mentioned as ‘Ezhumalai’, in fact, the said names
with different spellings are refer to one and the
same person i.e., myself.
Therefore, I declare that the said my name with
different spellings are referring one and the same
person i.e., ‘Ejoumale’, ‘Elumalai’ and ‘Ezhumalai’.
Thus, I am executing this affidavit in this regard,
I have not concealed any real facts.

I, K. Dhandapane, son of Kesavalu Reddy, Hindu,
aged 47 years and residing at Subikshame No. 14, Sixth Cross
Street, Pon Nagar, Reddiyarpalayam, Puducherry-605 010,
do hereby solemnly affirm and state on oath as
follows:
I am deponent herein and I am well conversant
with the facts of the case.
I state that in my Birth Certificate under
Registration No. 911/1969, dated 31-12-1969,
my name has been entered as ‘Dhandapane’.
Further, I state that in my Secondary School
Leaving Certificate No. A1174140 issued by the
Secretary, Board of Secondary Education, Tamil
Nadu, my Degree Transfer Certificate No. 0549,
dated 13-7-2004 issued by the Annamalai University
and in my Degree Certificate No. 100U35P01753,
dated 11-12-2002, issued by the Annamalai University,
my name has been entered as ‘Dhandapani. K’.
Further, I state that in my Higher Secondary
Course Certificate No. A1010949 issued by the
Board of Secondary Education, Tamil Nadu,
my Aadhaar Card bearing No. 3831 5745 4690,
dated 20-9-2011, issued by Government of India,
my name has been entered as ‘K. Dhandapani’.
Further, I state that in my Family Ration Card
issued by the Department of Civil Supplies and
Consumer Affairs, Puducherry, bearing Card
No. 132723, dated 15-7-2005, my name has been
entered as ‘’.
I declare that all the above names ‘Dhandapane’,
‘Dhandapani K’, ‘K. Dhandapani’ and ‘’ are
refer to one and the same person i.e., myself only.
Further, I submit that hereafter, I shall be use my
name as ‘Dhandapane’.
That I expressly authorize and request all persons
in general and relatives and friends in particulars,
at all times hereafter to designate and address by
my name as ‘Dhandapane’.
In witness whereof, I have hereinto subscribed
my names/surnames and affix my name/surname of
my signature as ‘Dhandapane’ on this 19th day of

NOTICE INVITING e-TENDERS FOR SUPPLY OF CASE FOR GOVERNMENT DIARY 2018
“e-Tenders” are invited on behalf of the President of India by the Director of Stationery and Printing,
Puducherry for supply of “Case for Government Diary 2018”.
1. The tenderers/firms for supply of “Case for Government Diary 2018” should have adequate infrastructure
(machineries) for making Diary Cases. The Case should be made only by using Case making machine.
Note: The tenderer/firm not having the above said facilities need not participate in the tender.

2. Bidders should submit their tender online at the Government website https://pudutenders.gov.in with
proof of payment of tender fee for ` 177 and earnest money deposit for ` 50,000 as separate Demand Drafts drawn
in favour of Senior Accounts Officer, Directorate of Stationery and Printing, Puducherry from any Nationalized
Bank and payable at Puducherry. The tender fee is not refundable.
3. The tender details and terms and conditions may also be downloaded from the website http://
www.py.gov.in and styandptg.puducherry.gov.in for reference only. Tenders will be processed online only and
hence, hardcopy submission of tenders will not be accepted.
4. The tenderer who wish to participate in the e-tender may peruse the sample Case for Government
Diary 2018, available with the Joint Director (Ptg.), Government Central Press, Puducherry during office hours on any
working day.
5. The technical tender and other documents will be evaluated online only on receipt of tender fee and
earnest money deposit in the form of Demand Drafts (Separate Demand Draft for tender fee and earnest money
deposit) along with sample as specified in the tender document in a separate, sealed covers superscribed as
(i) Tender fee and earnest money deposit for supply of case for Government Diary 2018 in cover 'A' and (ii) Sample
Diary Case for Government Diary 2018 in cover 'B' will be received upto 5.00 p.m. on 13-10-2017 as per the tender
time-table (on overleaf) at the Directorate of Stationery and Printing, Puducherry-605 009.
