TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders offering the rate per kilo are invited

for the purchase of old newspapers (Tamil and English)

and old Magazines belonging to the Office of the

Superintendent of Police, Food Cell, Puducherry.

2. The rate should be quoted for the each item as

follows:

3. The tenders in sealed cover subscribed as “Tender

for the purchase of old newspapers and magazines”

should be addressed to the Superintendent of Police,

Food Cell, No. 63, V th Cross, Jaya Nagar, Reddiyarpalayam,

Puducherry. So as to reach him before 16.00 hrs. on

13-10-2017, the tenders will be opened on the same day.

4. The intending tenderers should deposit an earnest

money deposit of ` 100 (Rupees one hundred only) in

cash before participating in the tender sale. The

earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful tenderers

will be refunded immediately after the tender sale is over.

5. The intending tenderers may inspect the said

articles during office hours on any working with the

permission of the undersigned.

6. No claim on the quality and quantity of the

articles will be admitted once the tender is finalized.

7. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or

reject any or all the tenders without assigning any

reason thereof.

8. The successful tenderer should arrange to weigh

the old newspapers and magazines, and pay the cost

thereof and remove the old newspaper within 24 hours

at his own expenses from the office premises.

9. The tenders received after the due date and time

will summarily be rejected.

10. In case of any dispute, the decision of the

undersigned will be the final.
