NOTIFICATION

Applications are invited for the allotment of Plots

at Industrial Estate, Thattanchavady, Puducherry and at

Rural Industrial Estate, Kattukuppam, Puducherry.

I. Industrial Estate, Thattanchavady, Puducherry

Four Plots measuring 4,500, 4,100, 2,600 and

1,500 sq. fts.

II. Rural Industrial Estate, Kattukuppam,

Puducherry

Five Plots measuring 11,200 sq. fts., each

The application for allotment of Plots for industrial

purpose can be received from the Directorate of Industries

and Commerce, Thattanchavady, Puducherry-605 009

during office hours.

The completed applications should reach the Office

of the Director of Industries and Commerce,

Thattanchavady, Puducherry-605 009 on or before

09th November, 2017 (09-11-2017) by 5.45 p.m. The

decision of the Allotment Committee with regard to

allotment shall be final.

TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders offering the rate per kilogram are

invited by the undersigned item-wise for the purchase

of the following items of this Division Office as

detailed below:

The rate should be quoted for each item as follows:

2. Tenders superscribed as “Tender for the purchase

of old newspapers (English and Tamil) and old Rules

books” should be addressed to the undersigned so as

to reach this office on or before 9-11-2017 by 3.30

p.m. The tenders will be opened at 4.00 p.m. on the

same day in the presence of the tenderers who are

present at that time in the chamber of the undersigned.

3. The intending tenderers should remit a sum of `

200 (Rupees two hundred only) as earnest money

deposit in cash. The same will be refunded to the

unsuccessful tenderers after finalisation of tender

sale. The tenders received after the due date and time

will be rejected.

4. The intending tenderers may inspect the old

newspapers/old rules books during office hours on any

working day with the permission of the undersigned.

5. The selected tenderer should make his own

arrangement for weighing and should pay the total cost

of all the old newspapers and rules books plus Sales tax

immediately and remove the same at his own expense

within 24 hours failing which the earnest money

deposit will be forfeited. No claim on the quality/

quantity will be admitted once the tender is finalized.

6. The undersigned reserves the rights to accept or

reject any bid or to postpone the tender sale without

assigning any reason thereof.

7. In case of any dispute, the decision of the

undersigned will be the final.
