date of publication of this notice in the Official Gazette.

The objections so received within the specified time will be considered by the Karaikal Municipality in accordance

with the rules.

aged about 65 years and residing at No. 44, First Cross

Street, Manakula Vinayagar Nagar, Thilagar Nagar,

Puducherry, do hereby solemnly affirm and state as

follows:

I am the deponent herein.

I state that my name is ‘Joseph Christian’ and the

same is found in the Birth Certificate of my

daughter Lilly Monicka Karunyam (10-10-1990),

vide Registration No. O/1990/02866, and my son

Joshua Spurgen’s Birth Certificate, dated 28-4-1992

under Registration No. O/1992/01148, in the

Aadhaar Card No. 6503 3226 0241 of my daughter

Lilly Monicka Karunyam and in my son Joshua

Spurgen’s Aadhaar Card No. 7886 6103 0221 and in

my wife Maragatham Rajeswari’s Aadhaar Card

No. 9895 9340 6896 respectively.

I state that I am also called as ‘Joseph’ and the

said name ‘Joseph’ is found in my Electoral Identity

Card No. PY/01/019 060822, in my SSLC School

Records No. 055791, in my Family Ration Card

No. 106071, in my son’s Electoral Identity Card No.

ZHN0041277, in the Nationality Certificate-cum-

Community Certificate No. PY/TOO/36/0012872,

dated 20-12-2017 of my son Joshua Spurgen and in

the Court Order of the Court of the Principal

District Munsif at Puducherry, C.M.P.198/2013, dated

13-6-2013, respectively.

I do hereby declare that both the names

‘Joseph Christian’ and ‘Joseph’ are refer to one and

the same person i.e., myself only. Hereafter, I

shall be called and known as ‘Joseph Christian’.

I am making this affidavit in lieu of proof of my

name’s identity.

I do hereby declare that what are all stated in the

above paragraphs is true and correct to the best of

my knowledge, belief and information and nothing

material has been concealed therein.
