Terms and conditions

1. The tenders should be addressed to the

Vice-Principal,

Higher

Secondary School, Thalatheru, Karaikal superscribing

as “Tender for the purchase of old/unserviceable

furniture items” so as to reach the undersigned on or

before 15-12-2017 by 10.30 a.m.

2. Tenders received after the due date and time will

summarily be rejected.

3. The intending tenderers should deposit an

amount of ` 2,000 (Rupees two thousand only) as

earnest money deposit before submission of tenders.

4. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful

tenderers will be refunded after the tender sale is over/

finalised.

5. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or

reject any tender or the items without assigning any

reason thereof. The decision of the undersigned is

final in case of any dispute.

6. The successful tenderer should pay the entire

amount immediately and clear all the articles within

24 hours at his own risk and cost, failing which the

earnest money deposit will be forfeited.

7. No claim about the quantity, quality and value of

the unserviceable furniture items will be admitted once

the tender is finalised.

8. The intending tenderers can inspect the old items

during the office hours on any working days in the

NSC Bose Government Higher Secondary School,

Thalatheru, Karaikal with the permission of the

Vice-Principal between 10.00 a.m and 3.00 p.m. from

24-11-2017 to 14-12-2017.

9. The sale will be effected only to the highest

tenderer.
