NOTIFICATION
The notice of voluntary retirement given under rule 48
of CCS (Pension) Rules, 1972 by Tmt. S. Kalavathy,
Superintendent, Chief Secretariat, Puducherry, is accepted.
2. Accordingly, Tmt. S. Kalavathy, Superintendent,
shall retire from service with effect from the
forenoon of 23-11-2017.

Sealed tenders are invited offering the highest rate
per lot of old/condemned furniture items available
in the Office of the Vice-Principal, NSC Bose
Government Higher Secondary School, Thalatheru,
Karaikal mentioned below, by the undersigned as-is-
where-is condition.

Terms and conditions
1. The tenders should be addressed to the
Vice-Principal,
NSC
Bose
Government
Higher
Secondary School, Thalatheru, Karaikal superscribing
as “Tender for the purchase of old/unserviceable
furniture items” so as to reach the undersigned on or
before 15-12-2017 by 10.30 a.m.
2. Tenders received after the due date and time will
summarily be rejected.
3. The intending tenderers should deposit an
amount of ` 2,000 (Rupees two thousand only) as
earnest money deposit before submission of tenders.
4. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful
tenderers will be refunded after the tender sale is over/
finalised.
5. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or
reject any tender or the items without assigning any
reason thereof. The decision of the undersigned is
final in case of any dispute.
6. The successful tenderer should pay the entire
amount immediately and clear all the articles within
24 hours at his own risk and cost, failing which the
earnest money deposit will be forfeited.
7. No claim about the quantity, quality and value of
the unserviceable furniture items will be admitted once
the tender is finalised.
8. The intending tenderers can inspect the old items
during the office hours on any working days in the
NSC Bose Government Higher Secondary School,
Thalatheru, Karaikal with the permission of the
Vice-Principal between 10.00 a.m and 3.00 p.m. from
24-11-2017 to 14-12-2017.
9. The sale will be effected only to the highest
tenderer.

10. The Government in no way is held responsible
for the safe custody of the articles once the tender is
confirmed.
11. The Sales tax as per the rate in force will be
charged extra on the amount finalised.
12. The tender will be opened on 15-12-2017
by 11.15 a.m. If, the tender opening day happens to be
a public holiday, the same will be opened on the next
working day.
13. Any incomplete tender received is liable for
rejection.

Puducherry.
I state that I have married Padmavathy daughter
of Perumal in the year 2003 at Mudaliarpet, Puducherry
and out of the lawful wedlock a male child namely,
Kavinkumar was born on 18-6-2004 at Puducherry.
I state that my name has been entered as ‘Sittirasegar’
in my Birth Certificate and as ‘Chitrasekar’ in my
Aadhaar Card, in my wife’s Aadhaar Card, in my LPG
Gas Pass Book, in my Driving Licence and in my son
Kavinkumar’s Aadhaar Card and as ‘Chithirasekar’ in
my Elector’s Photo Identity Card and in my Family
Ration Card as ‘’ and ‘Sambandam’ in my
son Kavinkumar’s Birth Certificate.
I state and declare that the abovesaid names
