NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 20, read

with section 32 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act No. 2 of 1974),

the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, hereby appoints Shri Devansh Yadav, I.A.S.,

(Probationer), Assistant Collector (Training), Puducherry District as Executive

Magistrate for the period from 27th November, 2017 to 22nd December, 2017 (both

days inclusive) for the whole Union territory of Puducherry and empowers him to

exercise all the powers of an Executive Magistrate under the said Code.
