been made applicable to the Commune Panchayats vide notification issued under G.O.Rt. No. 67/92/LAD, dated

22-7-1992 of the Development Department (LA), Puducherry, objections, if any, are invited to reach the

Commissioner, Nedungadu Commune Panchayat within fifteen days from the date of publication of this notice in

the Official Gazette.

The objections so received within the specified period will be considered by this Commune Panchayat.

TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders offering the rate per kilogram

(excluding GST) are invited for the disposal of old

newspapers (Tamil and English) and magazines/

weeklies accumulated in the Office of the Chief

Educational Officer, Puducherry and Government

Schools under the control of the Chief Educational

Officer, Puducherry.

The rates should be quoted for each item as follows:

2. The sealed tenders should be addressed to the

Chief Ed ucatio nal Officer, P ud ucherry, d uly

superscribing on the envelope as “Tender for the

purchase old newspapers, magazines/weeklies, Exam

answer papers and Carton Boxes” and to reach the

undersigned on or before 27-12-2017 at 4.00 p.m.

The tenders will be opened at 4.30 p.m. on the same

day in the presence of the tenderers those who are

present in the Office of the Chief Educational Officer,

Puducherry.

3. The intending tenderers should deposit an

amount of

` 1,000 (Rupees one thousand only) as

earnest money deposit by way of Demand Draft in

favour of the Drawing and Disbursing Officer, Office

of the Chief Educational Officer, Puducherry it will be

returned to the unsuccessful tenderers, after the

acceptance of the highest tender/finalization of the

tender. Tenders without the abovesaid earnest money

deposit will not be taken into consideration and will

be rejected.

4. Tenders received after the due date and time will

be rejected.

5. The successful tenderer should pay the full

amount immediately as and when call made and clear

the old items within 2 days at his own risk and cost,

failing which the earnest money deposit will be

forfeited.

6. The rates quoted for the abovesaid items is valid

for one year from the date of acceptance of the tender.

7. The intending tenderers can see the articles

during office hours on all working days.

8. The successful tenderer should make his/her own

arrangements for weighing the articles.

9. GST will be collected extra as per the rates

applicable.

10. No claim on the quantity and quality of the

articles will be admitted once the tender is finalised.

11. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or

reject any tender without assigning any reason thereof.

The decision of the undersigned will be the final.

and Roads (Central) Division, Public Works Department,

Puducherry, do hereby solemnly and sincerely affirm

and oath as follows:

I am the deponent herein.

My name ‘Pajanissamy’ son of Shanmugham has

been mentioned in the following Certificates

viz., (a) in my Certificate of Birth registered under

Registration No. P/1960/02778, (b) in my Electors’

Photo Identity Card with EPIC No. IVT0002691,

and (d) in my Driving Licence with Registration

No. PY01 19861000043,

In my PAN Card with No. AGPPP5999J, my name

is mentioned as ‘Shanmugham Palanisaamy’.

In my Family Ration Card issued by the

Department of Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs,

Puducherry under Card No. 064004, my name is

mentioned as ‘’.

In the first page of my Service Book maintained

by the Public Works Department, Puducherry,

my name has been mentioned as ‘S. Palanissamy’

son of V. Shanmugam.

Therefore, I do hereby state that all the above

mentioned names are refer, identify and relate to

one and the same person that is myself the deponent

herein. I state that hereafter, I shall be known and

identified only by the name ‘S. Pajanissamy’ son of

V. Shanmugham for all purposes.

I do hereby undertake that I have not concealed

any true facts or misrepresented and the facts stated

by me above are true to the best of my knowledge,

belief and information, and nothing material has

been concealed thereon.
