NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 21, read with section 32 of
the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974), the Lieutenant-Governor,
Puducherry, hereby appoints the Officers mentioned under column (2) of the Table
below as Special Executive Magistrate with effect from 16-12-2017 to 23-12-2017
(both days inclusive) in connection with Sanipeyarchi Festival–2017 and confers
on them all the powers as an Executive Magistrate under the said Code.
