Birth Certificate of my daughter vide Registration

No. 40, dated 21-10-2000 bears my daughter’s name

as ‘Soorya’. Further, I submit that in her Passport

Card (in Tamil) also bear my daughter’s name as

‘Soorya’. But, in her Educational Certificate viz.,

CBSE 10th Mark Sheet issued by Central Board of

Secondary Education, Delhi, bears her name as
