GOVERNMENT OF PUDUCHERRY

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred under the first proviso to sub-section (4) of section 43, read with

section 2(g)(ii) of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (Central Act No. 16 of 2016),

the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, with the approval of the High Court of Judicature, Madras, hereby designates

the Principal District Court at Puducherry to be the Appellate Tribunal for the whole of the Union territory of Puducherry

to hear appeals under the said Act, as interim measure, till the establishment of Real Estate Appellate Tribunal.
