NOTIFICATION
In order to enhance the quantum of the payment of pension to
the retired Ulemas of Waqf Institutions situated in the Union territory
of Puducherry from ` 1,000 to ` 2,000 per month per pensioner,
the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, is pleased to make the following
amendment to the Ulema Pension Scheme Rules, 2011 issued vide
Notification in G.O. Ms. No. 28/US (Waqf)/T.10/2011, dated 22nd July,
2011, of the Department of Hindu Religious Institutions and Waqf,
Government of Puducherry and published in Extraordinary Gazette of
Puducherry in Part II, No. 16, dated 2nd August, 2011, namely:-
