The Lieutenant-Governor has been pleased to order
that Shri G. Sendil Kumar, District Judge of Puducherry
Judicial Service, shall continue as Secretary to
Government (Law), Puducherry from 3-2-2018 until
a New Secretary (Law), Government of Puducherry, is
appointed.
2. Registrar-General of High Court, Madras has
conveyed the concurrence of the competent authority
for the aforesaid continuance vide D.O. Letter No. 6566/
2015/RG-B2, dated 2-2-2018 of the Registrar-General,
High Court, Madras.
3. The terms and conditions of deputation shall be the
same as stipulated in the G.O. Ms. No. 10, dated 12-2-2016.

under the control of the Chief Educational Officer,
Mahe.
The rate should be quoted per kilogram for the

2. The sealed
tenders should be addressed to
the Chief Educational Officer, Mahe duly super-
scribing on the envelop as “Tender for the purchase of
old Newspapers and Magazines” and to reach
the
undersigned, on or before 11.00 a.m. on 20-2-2017. The
tenders will be opened at 11.30. a.m. on the same day
in the presence of the tenderers present, in the Office
of the Chief Educational Officer, Mahe.
3. The intending tenderers should deposit an
amount of ` 250 (Rupees Two hundred fifty only) as
earnest money deposit in cash and it will be refunded
to the unsuccessful tenderers after the acceptance of
the highest tender/finalisation of the tender. Tenders
without the abovesaid earnest money deposit will not
be taken into consideration.
4. The tenders received after the due date and time
will be rejected.
5. The successful tenderer should pay the full
amount immediately as and when call made and clear
all the items sold within 3 days at his own risk and
cost, failing which the earnest money deposit will be
forfeited.
6. The intending tenderers can see the articles
during office hours on all working days.
7. The successful tenderer should make his own
arrangements for weighing the articles.
8. GST will be collected extra as per the rate
applicable.
9. No claim on the quantity of the articles will be
admitted once the tender is finalised.
10. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or
reject any tender without assigning any reason thereof.

TENDER-CUM-AUCTION NOTICE
Sealed tenders are invited by the Medical
Superintendent, ESI Hospital, Gorimedu, Puducherry,
for the lease of usufructs at ESI Hospital Campus,
Gorimedu, Puducherry. The details of usufructs and the
duration of lease period of the lease of usufructs are
given in the Annexure enclosed.
2. The rate for abovesaid usufructs should be quoted
for all trees in a lot.
3. The tenders in sealed cover superscribing as
“Tender for lease of usufructs” should be addressed to
the Medical Superintendent, ESI Hospital, Gorimedu,
Puducherry and send to this office on or before 28-02-2018
Wednesday at 10.45 a.m. The tenders will be opened
on the same day at 11.00 a.m. in the presence of the
tenderers present at that time. If, the day for opening
the tenders happens to be a public holiday for any
reason, the tenders will be received and opened by the
same time on the next working day.
4. Based on the highest quoting on the sealed
tender, open auction will be conducted at 11.15 a.m.
on 28-02-2018 Wednesday.
5. The intending tenderers should deposit an
amount of ` 2,000 (Rupees two thousand only) in cash
as earnest money deposit with this office while
submitting the tenders.
6. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful
tenderers will be refunded immediately after the
tenders are finalized.
7. Tenders received after the due date and time will
be rejected.
8. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or
reject any tender without assigning any reason thereof.
9. The successful tenderer should pay the full
amount of bid immediately and usufructs will be
maintained at his own risk and expenses.
10. Sales tax at the rate applicable will be collected extra.
11. The usufructs trees can be inspected during
office hours on any working day of this office.
12. No claim about the quantity/quality of the
items will be entertained after opening the tenders.
13. In case of any dispute, the decision of the
undersigned will be the final.
