Puducherry, dated 15th February 2018)

NOTIFICATION

Whereas, the Government is of the opinion that an

industrial dispute has arisen between the management

of M/s. Larsen and Toubro Private Limited, Puducherry

and Larsen and Toubro Employees Union, Puducherry

over transfer of Thiru N. Thandapani, Technical/

Commercial Supervisor, in respect of the matter

mentioned in the Annexure to this order;

And whereas, in the opinion of the Government, it

is necessary to refer the said dispute for adjudication;

Now, therefore, by virtue of the authority delegated

vide G.O. Ms. No. 20/91/Lab./L, dated 23-5-1991 of

the Labour Department, Puducherry to exercise the

powers conferred by clause (d) of sub-section (1) of

section 10 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947

(Central Act XIV of 1947), it is hereby directed by the

Secretary to Government (Labour) that the said dispute

be referred to the Industrial Tribunal, Puducherry for

adjudication. The Industrial Tribunal, Puducherry, shall

submit the Award within 3 months from the date of

issue of reference as stipulated under sub-section (2-A)

of section 10 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 and

in accordance with rule 10-B of the Industrial

Disputes (Central) Rules, 1957. The party raising the

dispute shall file a statement of claim complete with

relevant documents, list of reliance and witnesses to

the Industrial Tribunal, Puducherry within 15 days of

the receipt of the order of reference and also forward

a copy of such statement to each one of the opposite

parties involved in the dispute.

1965, notice is hereby given to Dr. G. J. Murukendiran,

General Duty Medical Officer, Department of Health

and Family Welfare Services, Puducherry, that his

services shall stand terminated with effect from the

date of expiry of a period of one month from the date

on which this notice is served on, or, as the case may be,

tendered to him.

NOTIFICATION

Whereas, the Government is of the opinion that an

the union of Swadeshi Panchalai Thozhilalar Urimai

Padukappu Sangam, Puducherry over correction of

date of joining in the service registers of R. Krishnan,

K. Ehthiyan, D. Amudha, P. Venkatesan, V. Albert, in

respect of the matter mentioned in the Annexure to

this order;

And whereas, in the opinion of the Government, it

is necessary to refer the said dispute for adjudication;

TENDER-CUM-AUCTION NOTICE

Sealed tenders are invited for offering the highest rate

for each item (in single cover) of old/condemned

furniture and dead stock items available in the Office of

the Deputy Director (S&YS), Puducherry mentioned

below for sale by the undersigned in-as-is where-is

condition.

Terms and Conditions

1. The tenders sholud be addressed to the

Joint Director (S & YS), Directorate of School Education,

Puducherry superscribing as “Tender for the purchase of

old/unserviceable furniture and dead stock items” so as

to reach the undersigned on or before 14-3-2018 at

10.00 a.m. The tenders will be opened on the same day

at 11.00 a.m. If, the tender opening day happens to be a

public holiday, the same will be opened on the next

working day. Any incomplete tender received is liable

for rejection.

2. Tenders received after the due date and time will

summarily be rejected. If, the highest rate quoted by the

tenderer is taken as the below upset price, then the open

auction will be conducted on the same day. In the open/

oral auction, the selected tenderers only be allowed.

3. The intending GST Registered tenderers only

should participate and deposit an amount of ` 300

(Rupees three hundred only) as earnest money deposit

before submission of the tender.

4. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful

tenderers will be refunded after the tender/auction sale

is over/finalised.

5. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or

reject any tender or all the items without assigning any

reason thereof. The decision of the undersigned is final

in case of any dispute.

6. The successful tenderer should pay the entire

amount immediately and clear all the articles within 24

hours at his own risk and cost, failing which the earnest

money deposit will be forfeited.

7. No claim about the quantity, quality and value of

the unserviceable furniture and dead stock items will be

admitted once the tender/auction sale is finalised.

8. The intending tenderers can inspect the old

condemed furniture and dead stock items during the

office hours in Indira Gandhi Sports Complex, Uppalam,

Puducherry with the permission of the Storekeeper between

2.00 p.m. and 5.00 p.m. from 6-3-2018 to 13-3-2018.

9. The sale will be effected only to the highest bidder.

10. The Government in no way is held responsible

for the safe custody of the articles once the auction is

conformed.

11. GST As per the rate in force should be paid by

the successful tenderer to the Commercial Tax Department,

Puducherry on Reserve charge basis on the amount

finalised, with the intimation to the undersigned.
