ESI HOSPITAL

Puducherry, the 2nd March 2018.

RE-TENDER -CUM- PUBLIC AUCTION NOTICE

Sealed tenders are invited by the Medical Superintendent,

ESI Hospital, Gorimedu, Puducherry for the lease of

usufructs at ESI Hospital Campus, Gorimedu,

Puducherry. The details of usufructs and the duration

of lease period of the lease of usufructs are given in

the Annexure enclosed.

2. The rate for above usufructs should be quoted

for all trees in a lot.

3. The tenders in sealed covers superscribing as

“Tender for lease of usufructs” should be addressed

to the Medical Superintendent, ESI Hospital, Gorimedu,

Puducherry and send to this office on or before

26-3-2018 (Monday) at 10.45 a.m. The tenders will

b e o pened on the same day at 11.00 a.m. in the

presence of the tenderers present at that time. If, the

day of opening the tender happens to be a public

holiday for any reason, the tenders will be received

and opened by the same time on the next working day.

4. Based on the highest quotings on the sealed

tenders, open auction will be conducted at 11.15 a.m.

on 26-3-2018 (Monday).

5. The intending tenderers should deposit an amount

of ` 2,000 (Rupees two thousand only) in cash as

earnest money deposit with this office while

submitting the tenders.

6. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful

tenderers will be refunded immediately after the tender

is finalised.

7. Tenders received after the due date and time will

be rejected.

8. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or

reject any tender without assigning any reason thereof.

9. The successful tenderer should pay the full

amount of bid immediately and the usufructs will be

maintained at his own risk and expenses.

10. Sales tax at the rate applicable will be collected extra.

11. The usufructs trees can be inspected during

office hours on any working day of this office.

12. No claim about the quantity/quality of the

items will be entertained after opening the tenders.

13. In case of any dispute, the decision of the

undersigned will be the final.

2. The rate shall be quoted on a plain white paper

and addressed to the Assistant Director, Observation

Home and Special School, Ariyankuppam, Puducherry

duly superscribing on the envelope as "Tender for the

purchase of old gunny bags" and should reach this

office on or before 19-03-2018 at 10.30 a.m.

The tenders will be opened at 11.30 a.m. on the same

day in the presence of the tenderers who are present

at that time. The highest rate quoted among all sealed

tenders will be accepted subject to the final decision

of the undersigned.

3. The intending tenderers should deposit a sum of

` 1,000 (Rupees one thousand only) by cash as

earnest money deposit while submitting their sealed

tenders. The earnest money deposit will be returned

to the unsuccessful tenderers after finalizing the rates.

4. Tenders received after the due date and time

will summarily be rejected.

5. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or

reject any tender in part or whole without assigning

any reasons thereof. The old gunny bags may be

inspected during office hours.

6. The successful tenderer should pay the full

amount including Sales tax (CGST and SGST)

immediately and clear the items within 24 hours at

his own risk and cost, failing which the earnest

money deposit amount will be forfeited and the

tender will be passed on to the second highest tenderer.

7. The successful tenderer cannot claim for the

quantity and quality of the old gunny bags after the

tender sale is over.

8. In case of any dispute, the decision of the

undersigned will be the final.
