TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders are invited offering the rate for

purchase of old unserviceable sports articles belonging

to Government Schools (UGHS, Chalakkara; Ec et CC,

GHS, Mahe; GMS, Avaroth; GLPS, Chembra; GLPS,

Moolakadavu) in Mahe region,

2. The tenders in sealed covers superscribing as

“Tender for the purchase of old unserviceable sports

articles” should be addressed to the Chief Educational

Officer, Mahe so as to reach this office on or before

23-3-2018 at 10.00 a.m. The tenders will be opened

at 11.30 a.m. on the same day in the presence of the

tenderers and the tender will be awarded to the highest

tenderer on the spot.

3. Those who are interested to participate in the

tender sale must deposit an earnest money of ` 100

(Rupees one hundred only). The earnest money deposit

of the unsuccessful tenderers will be refunded after

finalizing the tender sale and that of successful

tenderer will be kept towards the cost of the items.

4. The tender will be conducted for all the items

in a lot. Tenderers those interested may inspect the

items before they submit the tender, to know the exact

condition of the items kept on any working day.

5. The undersigned reserves the right to cancel any

or all the tenders without assigning any reasons

thereof. Any breach of the rules of tender notice will

result in the forfeiture of the earnest money deposit.
