Puducherry, the 2nd March 2018.

TENDER-CUM-AUCTION NOTICE

Sealed tenders offering the rates are invited for sale

of old obsolete and unserviceable items mentioned in

the Annexure belonging to the Office of NCC Group

Headquarters, Lawspet, Puducherry.

Terms and conditions

1. The intending tenderers should deposit an

amount of ` 2,000 (Rupees two thousand only) in cash

towards earnest money deposit with this office on or

before 12-04-2018 at 10.00 a.m. Only those persons

who have deposited earnest money and holding GST

Registration Number will be allowed to participate in

the tender/auction.

2. The tenders in sealed cover superscibing as

“Tender for old, obsolete and unserviceable items”

should be addressed to the Administrative Officer, NCC

Group Headquarters, Lawspet, Puducherry-605 008 and

send to this office on or before 12-04-2018 Thursday

at 10.00 a.m. The tenders will be opened on the same

day at 11.00 a.m. in the presence of the tenderers

those who are present at that time.

3. Based on the highest quoting on the sealed tender,

the open auction will be conducted at 12.00 noon

on 12-04-2018 Thursday.

4. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful

bidders will be refunded immediately after the auction

sale is finalised.

5. The tender-cum-auction will be conducted

lot-wise and knocked down in favour of the highest

bidder. The successful bidder should pay the full

amount immediately and remove the articles within

24 hours at his/her own risk and cost during office

hours, failing which the earnest money deposit will be

forfeited.

6. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or

reject any or all tenders/bids without assigning any reason

therefor.

7. The Government will in no way be held

responsible for the safe custody of the stores once the

auction sale is confirmed.

8. The following self attested photocopy of the

documents/certificates must be enclosed along with

the tender.

(a) Valid GST Certificate

(b) PAN Card

Driving Licence.

9. The successful tenderer/bidder should pay the

cost of articles plus applicable GST and make his own

arrangements to clear/remove the articles immediately,

otherwise the earnest money deposit will be forfeited.

10. No claim about the condition and value of the

stores will be admitted once the auction sale is

finalised.

11. Sales tax/GST at the rate applicable will be

remitted by the successful bidder to the Commercial

Tax Department, Puducherry.

12. The intending bidders may inspect the stores

during office hours with prior permission of the

undersigned.

13. In case of any dispute, the decision of the

undersigned will be the final.

TENDER-CUM-AUCTION NOTICE

Sealed tenders offering the rate per kilogram are

invited for (sale/clearing) from the local bidders for

the following old items belonging to the NCC Group

Headquarters, Puducherry.

2. T he sealed

tenders should be addressed to

the NCC Group Headquarters, Puducherry, duly

superscribing on the envelope “Tender for the purchase

of old newspapers, magzines, waste papers” and to

reach the undersigned on or before 11.00 a.m. on 11-4-

2018. The tenders will be opened at 4.00. p.m. on the

same day, in the presence of the tenderers present in the

Office of the NCC Group Headquarters, Puducherry.

3. The intending tenderers should deposit an

amount of ` 500 (Rupees five hundred only) as earnest

money deposit on or before 11-4-2018 at 12.00 noon .

4. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful

tenderers will be refunded immediately soon after the

tender/auction sale is over.

5. Tenders received after the due date and time will

be rejected.

6. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or

reject any tenders without assigning any reason

thereof.

7. The following self attested photocopy of the

documents/certificates must be enclosed along with

the tenders.

8. The successful tenderer/bidder should pay the

cost of articles plus applicable GST and make his own

9. No claim on the quantity and quality of the

articles will be admitted once the tender/auction sale

is finalized.

10. In case of any dispute, the decision of the

undersigned will be the final.

11. The rate for each item should be quoted

separately.

purchase of old unserviceable library books belonging

to Government Schools (GLPS, Palloor North; GLPS,

Cherukallayi; GLPS, Chembra; GLPS, Moolakadavu) in

Mahe region.

2. The tenders in sealed covers superscribing as

“Tender for the purchase of old unserviceable library

books” should be addressed to the Chief Educational

Officer, Mahe so as to reach this office on or before

23-3-2018 at 10.00 a.m. The tenders will be opened

at 11.30 a.m. on the same day in the presence of the

tenderers and the tender will be awarded to the highest

tenderer on the spot.

3. Those who are interested to participate in the

tender sale must deposit an earnest money of ` 100

(Rupees one hundred only). The earnest money deposit

of the unsuccessful tenderers will be refunded after

finalizing the tender sale and that of successful

tenderer will be kept towards the cost of the items.

4. The tender will be conducted for all the items

in a lot. Tenderers those interested may inspect the

items before they submit the tender, to know the exact

condition of the items kept on any working day.

5. The undersigned reserves the right to cancel any

or all the tenders without assigning any reasons

thereof. Any breach of the rules of tender notice will

result in the forfeiture of the earnest money deposit.

the tender finalization and should remove the

condemned items within two days at his own risk and

expenses. GST applicable will be collected extra.
