8. The successful tenderer should pay the full
amount immediately as and when call made and clear
the old items within 24 hours at his own risk and cost,
failing which the earnest money deposit will be
forfeited.
9. No claim on the quantity and quality for the
articles will be admitted once the tender is finalised.
10. The intending tenderers can inspect the articles
during office hours in the Chief Secretariat,
Puducherry.
11. In case of any dispute, the decision of the
undersigned will be the final.

NOTICE
The undermentioned person has requested for issue of permission to set up the following industry within
the Karaikal Municipal limits as follows :
12. A separate rate must be quoted on each items
13. The highest tender/bid rate will be valid
for 1 (one) year from the date of the issue of the
acceptance letter by the undersigned.
14. GST will be collected on the sale of old
newspapers, magazines, waste papers and scrap
material as per the rates prevailing at the time of
disposal/sale. Tenderers/Bidders with Registered
Goods and Services Tax (GST) only must participate
in the tender/auction.

date of publication of this notice in the Official Gazette.
The objections so received within the specified time will be considered by the Karaikal Municipality in accordance
with the rules.

I, Shivakumar, son of Bakthavachalam, Indian,
Hindu, aged about 37 years, residing at No. 6, Muthu
Mariamman Koil Street, Nesavalar Nagar, Lawspet,
Puducherry-605 008, do hereby solemnly affirm and
sincerely state as follows:
1. I state that I am the deponent herein and I am
well aware of the facts of this deposition.
2. I state that I was born on 13-4-1981 and
named as ‘’ by my parents and the same
is
entered in my Transfer Certificate in
Admission No. 4232/1996-1997.
3. I state that my name is entered in my
Aadhaar Card vide No. 4211 3837 2903, Elector’s
Photo Identity Card bearing No. GKY0397836 as
‘Sivakumar ()’. But, my home-calling name
‘’ is entered in my father’s Family Ration
Card bearing No. 202510 issued by the Department
of Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Puducherry.
4. Further, I declare that as per numerology,
I have changed my name as ‘Shivakumar ()’
and I state that hereinafter, I shall be called and
known only by the name as ‘Shivakumar ()’.
The above deposition is true and correct to the
best of my knowledge and belief.

I hereby declare that my original name ‘Dheepak. J’
as given in my Family Ration Card, Bank Account
and all documents, Henceforth, I shall be known as
‘Dheepak Jeevaraj’ as given in my PAN Card and
Passport, to expand my initial to last name in all key
document and Bank Accounts and henceforth, I shall
be known, called, referred and identified only as
‘Dheepak Jeevaraj’. I request that the correction may
please be made and in future to avoid this error.
