charged as per value assessed by the office.
(15) Check-in will be allowed for half-a-day as

NOTIFICATION
The Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, is pleased to
order the following allocation of subjects among I.P.S.,
Officers with immediate effect:
(i) Dr. V.J. Chandran, I.P.S., (AGMU:2004) on
promotion as Deputy Inspector-General of Police,
is posted as Deputy Inspector-General of Police
(Administration).
(ii) Shri Rahool Alwal, I.P.S., (AGMU:2014) on
having reported for duty on 9-4-2018 in pursuance of
the Order No. 14020/01/2018-UTS-I, dated 12-02-2018
of the Ministry of Home Affairs, New Delhi is appointed
as Senior Superintendent of Police, Karaikal.
(iii) Shri Mahesh Kumar Barnwal, Commandant
(PAP), shall in addition to the charges already held
by him, hold charge of Senior Superintendent of
Police (Crime and Intelligence), Puducherry.

TENDER-CUM-AUCTION NOTICE
(e-WASTE ITEMS)
Sealed tenders offering the highest rate per kilogram
(Excluding GST) for whole lot of the old condemned
and unserviceable Television sets (e-waste) are invited
from the authorised e-waste recyclers for sale in as-is-
where-is condition on 10-05-2018.
The rate should be quoted per kilogram for the
following item (e-waste)

2. The tenders in sealed cover sholud be addressed
to the Block Development Officer, Block Development
Office, Oulgaret Block, No. 110, Gundu Salai, Mothilal
Nagar, Moolakulam, Puducherry-10 duly superscribing
on the envelope as “Tender for the purchase of
unserviceable articles” and reach the undersigned on or
before 10-5-2018 by 3.00 p.m. The received tenders will
be opend on the same day at 4.00 p.m. in the presence of
the tenderers or their representatives who are present
at that time. If, the opening day of the tenders happens
to be a public holiday, the same will be opend on the
next working day.

3. The intending tenderers (Authorised e-waste
recyelers) should deposit a sum of
` 3,500 (Rupees
three thousand five hundred only) in cash as earnest
money deposit at the same time of submitting their
tenders. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful
tenderers will be refunded after finalisation of the tender.
4. Tenders received after the due date and time will
be rejected. If, the highest rate quoted by the tenderer
is below the upset price, the open auction will be
conducted on the same day. In the open auction, the
tenderers who have submitted sealed tender already will
only be allowed.
5. The successful tenderer should pay the entire
amount immediately alongwith the GST if any, and clear
all the items within 24 hours at his own risk, failing
which the earnest money deposit will be forfeited into
the Government Account. The successful tenderer
should make his own arrangement to clear the old items.
6. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or
reject any tender or all the tenders without assigning any
reason thereof.
7. No claim on the quantity and quality of the old
condemned and unserviceable articles will be admitted
once the tender/auction sale is finalised.
8. The intending tenderers can inspect the articles
during office hours on all working days.
9. In case of any dispute arises, the decision of the
undersigned shall be the final and binding.

TENDER-CUM-AUCTION NOTICE
Sealed tenders are invited by the undersigned for sale
of unserviceable items in a lot system belonging to this
institution in ‘as-is-where-is’ condition.
2. The intending bidders may inspect the items
at the office of the undersigned between 10.30 a.m. and
11.30 a.m. on 7-5-2018 and 8-5-2018 with the permission
of the officer concerned. Sale of Tender Form can be
had in person on payment of ` 100 plus GST as admissible
(non-refundable) from 7-5-2018 to 8-5-2018 upto
4.00 p.m.
3. Sealed tenders in the prescribed Tender Form
addressed to the Medical Superintendent, Indira Gandhi
Government General Hospital and Postgraduate Institute,
Puducherry, superscribed as “Tender for sale of
unserviceable articles” should reach this office on or before
9-5-2018 by 3.00 p.m. Each tenderer shall enclose a
Demand Draft for an amount of ` 10,000 drawn in favour
of the Junior Accounts Officer, Indira Gandhi Government
General Hospital and Postgraduate Institute, Puducherry,
as earnest money deposit.
4. Tenders will be opened on 9-5-2018 by 4.00 p.m
at the office of the undersigned in the presence of the
tenderers who are present at that time of opening.
5. If, the highest tender amount offered by the tenderer
is found to be not acceptable by the undersigned, the
public auction will be conducted on the spot keeping
the highest tender amount as minimum bid.
6. The following self attested photocopy of the
documents/certificates must be enclosed along with tender.
(a) Valid GST Certificate.
(b) PAN Card.
(c) Aadhaar Card/valid Ration Card/valid Driving
Licence.
Tender without abovesaid certificates/documents will
be rejected.
7. Individuals/Partner of a firm, who have/has been
punished under Criminal Procedure Code or any criminal
case is under process, is not eligible for participating
in the tender-cum-auction. Any false representation is
found during the tender process, the tender offered by
him/them will be cancelled and his/their earnest money
deposit will be forfeited.
8. If, any/all participant(s) misbehaves during the
tender process, the tenderer(s) will be removed from
the place of auction, also his/their tender(s), will be
rejected and the earnest money deposit will be forfeited.
9. The earnest money deposit of the successful
tenderer will be adjusted against the sale proceeds and
the earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful tenderers
will be discharged/returned immediately.
10. Other than tenderer or his authorised person will
not be admitted at the time of opening the tender/auction
process.

11. Acceptance of the tender/auction sale will be
intimated to the successful tenderer after finalisation
of the tender/auction sale. Successful tenderer only will
be allowed to clear/remove the materials.
12. The successful tenderer/bidder should pay the cost
of articles plus applicable GST and make his own
arrangement to clear/remove the articles immediately.
Otherwise, the earnest money deposit will be forfeited.
13. This office will not be in any way held responsible
for the safe custody or any loss of the sold articles,
once the tender is finalised. No claim on the quantity
and quality of the materials will be entertained.
14. The undersigned reserves the right to reject any
or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof and
the decision of the undersigned in this regard will be
final and binding on all the tenders.
