DEPARTMENT OF PERSONNEL AND

ADMINISTRATIVE REFORMS (PERSONNEL WING)

NOTIFICATION

The Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, is pleased to

order the following allocation/re-allocation of

subjects among Secretaries to Government with

immediate effect:

(i) Shri A. Anbarasu,

I.A.S., (AGMU: 1996),

Development

Commissioner-cum-Secretary

to

Government shall, in addition to the subjects

already held by him, hold charge the subject of

“General Administration Department”.

(ii) Shri Devesh

Singh,

I. A. S.,

(AGMU:

2008), on having reported for duty on the forenoon

of 23-4-2018 is appointed as Secretary to

Government and allocated the subjects “Revenue,

Relief-cum-Rehabilitation, Information and Publicity,

and Art and Culture”.

(iii) Shri R. Kesavan,

I.A.S., (AGMU: 2013)

shall, in addition to his charge as District Collector,

Karaikal, hold charge of Managing Director, PPCL.

(iv) Shri A. Vikranth Raja, I.A.S., (AGMU: 2015),

Sub-Collector (Revenue), Karaikal, shall, in addition

to the charges already held by him, hold charge of

Managing Director, JPCOSPIN, Karaikal.
