Certificate in Registration No. 48/1928 issued by

Oulgaret Municipality.

I state that my father’s name has been mentioned

as ‘Narayanane son of Covindassamy’ in his

Marriage Certificate in Registration No. 7/1953

issued by the Oulgaret Municipality.

I state that my father’s name has been mentioned

as ‘Narayanane son of Govindassamy’ in his Death

Certificate in Registration No. 2006/0003 issued by

the Villianur Commune Panchayat.

I declare that the abovesaid names viz., ‘Narayanane

son of Covindassamy’, ‘Narayanane son of Govindassamy’

and ‘Narayanin son of Govindassamy’ are referring

one and the same person that is my father’s only.

The above deposition is true and correct to the

best of my knowledge and belief, and nothing

material has been concealed therein.
