the Puducherry Pharmacy Council Rules, 1972,

the Lieutenant-Governor of Puducherry is hereby

pleased to appoint Thiru V. Vasudevan, Junior Accounts

Officer, Department of Health and Family Welfare

Services, Puducherry, as the ‘Returning Officer’ for

conducting elections for the Puducherry Pharmacy

Council under Chapter-III of the Pharmacy Act,

1948 (Central Act No. 8 of 1948).
