Sealed tenders are invited for the sale of old

condemned furniture items of the Government High

School/Government Middle School under the control

of the Chief Educational Officer, Puducherry on

27-7-2018.

(ii) Government Middle School, Molapakkam,

Puducherry.

2. Tenders in plain paper should be sealed and

addressed

Educational

Officer,

Directorate of School Education, Puducherry duly

superscribing on the envelope as “Tender for the

purchase of old condemned furniture items” and sent

to reach the undersigned on or before 27-7-2018.

at 4.00 p.m. The tenders will be opened on the same

day at 4.15 p.m. in the presence of the tenderers who

are present. The rates for both Schools should be

quoted separately in one cover.

3. The intending tenderers should deposit an

amount of ` 1,000 (Rupees one thousand only) as

earnest money deposit. The earnest money deposit of

the

unsuccessful

tenderers

will

returned

immediately after tender sale is over.

4. Tenders received after the due date and time will

be rejected.

5. The successful tenderer should pay the entire

amount and clear the items within 24 hours at his own

risk and cost, failing which the earnest money deposit

will be forfeited.

6. The intending tenderers may inspect the

condemned articles during School hours on any

working day with the prior permission of the

concerned Headmasters in the above Schools without

any disturbance to the students.

7. No claim on the quality and quantity of the

articles will be admitted once the tender is finalised.

8. GST at the rate applicable will be charged.

9. In case of any dispute, the decision of undersigned

will be the final.

10. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or

reject any or all the tenders without assigning any

reason thereof.

NOTICE INVITING e-TENDERS FOR SUPPLY OF PAPER AND BOARD ITEMS

FOR THE YEAR 2018-19

“e-Tenders” are invited on behalf of the President of India by the Director, Directorate of Stationery and

Printing, Puducherry for centralized purchase of paper and board items for the year 2018-19 for use in the

Directorate of Stationery and Printing, Puducherry.

1. The tenderers for supply of paper and board items shall hold valid GST Registration Certificate.

2. Bidders should submit their tender online at the Government website http://pudutenders.gov.in

3. “The tender details and terms and conditions” may also be downloaded from the website http://

www.py.gov.in and http://styandptg.puducherry.gov.in for reference only. Tenders will be processed online only

and hence, hardcopy submission of tenders will not be accepted.

4. The technical tender and other documents will be evaluated only on receipt of earnest money deposit

in the form of Demand Draft. Demand Draft for earnest money deposit will be submitted in sealed cover 'A'

superscribed as “earnest money deposit for supply of paper and board items 2018-19” and Mill samples in sealed

cover ‘B’ as specified in the tender document superscribed as “Sample paper and board items 2018-19, which will

be received upto 25-07-2018 at 4.00 p.m. in the Directorate of Stationery and Printing, Puducherry.

TENDER NOTICE

Public are hereby informed that 234 Nos. of old

unusable steel racks at the premises of Romain Rolland

Library, Puducherry will be disposed-off in as-is-

where is condition by tender sale on 19-07-2018 at

4.00 p.m.

Terms and conditions

1. The sealed tenders should be addressed to the

Director, Department of Art and Culture, Puducherry,

duly superscribing on the envelope as “Tender for

purchase of steel racks of RRL” and should reach this

office on or before 19-07-2018 at 10.30 a.m. the

tenders will be opened on the same day in the presence

of tenderers present if any, in the Chamber of the

undersigned.

2. The intending tenderers can inspect the above

article during office hours on any working day but, on

or before the tender/sale date at Romain Rolland

Library, Puducherry with the permission of the

undersigned.

3. The tender will be awarded to the highest rate

quoted tendered on the spot. The tender quoted should

be on per items basis and not on kg. basis.

4. Alongwith the tenders, a copy of all the

following self-attested documents should be submitted

by the tenderer: (a) Aadhaar Card, (b) Valid Family

Ration Card/Smart Card, (c) Valid GST Certificate.

5. The intending tenderers should deposit an earnest

money deposit of ` 2,000 (Rupees two thousand only)

along with sealed tenders. The earnest money deposit

of the unsuccessful tenderers will be refunded on the

same day soon after completion of the auction.

6. The successful tenderer should pay the entire

amount soon after the completion of the tender sale

and

should clear the sold materials at his own

arrangement/ cost before 05.30 p.m. on the same day

failing which this office will not be held responsible

either for the safe custody or loss or damage of

articles once the tender sale is over.

7. Sales tax will be charged extra as per the rate

applicable at the time of tender sale.

8. No claim on the quantity or quality of the

articles will be admitted once the tender sale is over.

9. The tenders offered after the due date and time

will be rejected.

10. If any/all participant(s) misbehaves/during the

tender process, the tenderer(s) will be removed from

the place of tender process also their/his/her tender(s)

will be rejected and the earnest money deposit will be

forfeited.

11. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or

reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason

thereof. If, the tender date falls on a holiday the tender

sale will be held on the next working day.

12. Tender sale is subject to the discretion of the

undersigned whose decision will be final in case of any

dispute arises in this regard.
