I , S. Gayathry, wife o f Senthil Kumar, Hindu,
aged about 29 years, residing at No. 16, Mullai Street,
Bharathi Nagar, Ariyankuppam, Puducherry, do hereby

That I am the deponent herein. I state that my
minor daughter, aged about 1 year (born on

4. Further, I submit that before our lawful
wedlock basing on the religious marriage, I gave
birth two children namely, Ragini Ragava born on
29-12-1991 at Puducherry and Ragavaselvam born
on 3-8-1993 at Puducherry vide Registration
No. C/1992/00019 and No. M/1993/07286 respectively.
5. Further, I submit that my marriage is registered
as per the Judgment of the Court of the Principal
District Munisif at Puducherry on 9th day of August
2006 vide No. O.S. No. 449/2006 at Pondicherry
Municipality vide Registration No. 204/2006/PMC.
6. I submit that in the Livret De Famille issued
on 3-5-2007 by the Pondicherry Municipality, my
two children’s births have been entered by the
Pondicherry Municipality i.e., Ragini Ragava and
Ragavaselvam.
7. I hereby submit that my two children Ragini
Ragava and Ragavaselvam are the legitimate
children of Basckarane Ragava and Jayalakshmy as
they are carrying the family name of ‘Ragava’ before
their naturity.
