It is hereby notified that the Original Matric Mark
Certificate bearing Serial Number MAT0377073 under
Register Number 870280 of March 2010, in respect of
Kaileshvaari @ Kalyani, J. an ex pupil of Senthil
Matric Higher Secondary School, Puducherry, is
reported to have been lost and beyond scope of
recovery, it is proposed to issue a duplicate
certificate. If, the original certificate is to be found
by anybody, it should be sent to the Director of
Government Examinations, Chennai – 600 006 for
cancellation, as it is no longer valid.

TENDER-CUM-PUBLIC AUCTION NOTICE
Public are hereby informed that the unserviceable
articles of this College as listed below will be disposed
off in as-is-where-is condition, in a single lot by
Tender-cum-Public Auction (Re-tender) sale on 24-8-2018
at 4.00 p.m.
Terms and conditions
1. The tenders in sealed covers superscribed as
“Tender for the sale of unserviceable articles” should
be addressed to the Principal, Indira Gandhi College
of Arts and Science, Kathirkamam, Puducherry-605 009,
so as to reach this office on or before 24-8-2018
at 3.00 p.m.. The tenders will be opened at 4.00 p.m.
on the same day in the presence of the tenderers who
are present in the Office of the Principal, Indira Gandhi
College
of
Arts
and
Science,
Kathirkamam,
Puducherry-605 009. The tenders received after the
due date and time will summarily be rejected.
2. The intending tenderers may inspect the
unserviceable materials during office hours on
23-8-2018 with the permission of the undersigned.
3. The intending tenderers should deposit an
earnest money of ` 3,000 (Rupees three thousand
only) in cash along with sealed tenders. The earnest
money deposit of the unsuccessful tenderers will be
refunded after finalization of the tender on the same
day and earnest money deposit of successful tenderer
will be deducted towards the cost of items.
4. The highest rate quoted in the tender will be
treated as minimum price and then the public auction
will be conducted.
5. Along with the tender, a copy of self attested
valid GST Certificate may be enclosed.
6. The successful tenderer should remit the entire
amount in cash soon after the auction is over with GST
as applicable as per rules and clear all the items within
24 hours at his own risk and cost, failing which this
office will not be held responsible either for safe
custody or for loss or damage of the articles once the
auction sale is over. The successful tenderer should
make his own arrangements for the disposal of the
unserviceable articles. The highest rate finalized in
this tender will hold good for acceptance up to
60 (sixty) days from the due date of tender.

7. No claim about the quantity, quality and the value
of the sold goods will be admitted after the tender is
finalized.
8. Individuals/Partner of a firm who have/has been
punished under Criminal Procedure Code or any
criminal case is under process is not eligible to
participating in the tender-cum-public auction. Any
false representation is found during the tender process,
the tender offered by them/him will be cancelled and
their/his earnest money deposit will be forfeited.
9. If, any/all participant(s) misbehaves during the
tender/auction process, the tenderer(s) will be
removed from the place of auction, also his/their
tender will be rejected and the earnest money deposit
will be forfeited.
10. The undersigned reserves every right to accept
or reject any tender or to postpone the tender sale
without assigning any reason thereof.
11. In case of any dispute, the decision of the
undersigned will be the final.

TENDER-CUM-AUCTION NOTICE
Sealed tenders are invited for the sale of old/
codemned furniture items and vessels and other items
of the Office of the Deputy Inspector of Schools, Zone-
II and Eleven Government Primary Schools under the
control of the Deputy Inspector of Schools, Zone-II,
in as-is-whereas-is condition on 27-8-2018.
2. The tenders in plain paper should be sealed and
addressed to the Deputy Inspector of Schools (Zone-II),
Directorate
of
School
Education,
Puducherry,
superscribing as “Tender for the purchase of old/
unserviceable items” so as to reach the undersigned on
or before 27-8-2018 at 3.00 p.m. The tenders will be
opened on the same day at 4.00 p.m. If, the tenders
opening day happens to be a public holiday, the same
will be opened on the next working day. Any
incomplete tender received is liable for rejection.
3. Tenders received after the due date and time will
summarily be rejected. If, the highest rate quoted by
the tendereres is below the upset price, then the open
auction will be conducted on the same day. In the
open/oral auction the selected tenderers only be
allowed.
4. The intending GST Registered tenderers only
should participate and deposit an amount of
` 5,000
(Rupees five thousand only) as earnest money deposit
before submission of tenders.
5. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful
tenderers will be refunded after the tender/auction
sale is over/finalised.
6. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or
reject any tender or all the items without assigning any
reason thereof. The decision of the undersigned will
be the final in case of any dispute.
